2025 APA Awards

We are pleased to announce that the City of Hialeah 2050 Master Plan has been selected for a 2025 Gold Coast Award of Excellence by the Florida Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA), Gold Coast Section. Recognized in the category Innovation in Sustaining Places, the plan was awarded for its broad scope, interdisciplinary approach, and strong emphasis on preserving the character of place. The award will be formally presented at the APA Gold Coast Section’s Holiday and Awards Celebration on November 13, 2025, in Wynwood.
